What a beautiful day at the Mooloolaba Spit Parklands. There were about 80 people witnessing this ceremony – about one third from Japan for this Aus/Japanese ceremony. To help the overseas visitors, most of which could not speak or understand English, written translations of the ceremony were provided. This enabled the ceremony to run smoothly – naturally both the Bride (Japanese) and the Groom (Australian) knew and understood English so no formal translators were necessary. This was quite a different wedding with IT experts everywhere – it was streamed direct to the internet – a first for me if no-one else. It was a wonderful afternoon with perfect weather. Congratulations also to Attache Events the Wedding & Events Planners in charge of the organization on the day and Jodi McDonald the photographer on a job well done.
